Electric Red was founded in Charleston, SC and operates globally out of North America. Electric Red is a leader in IT Service and Network Security with experience in and knowledge around the challenging requirements of managing cost-effective IT within a Business. With extensive knowledge of Technology and the ability to provide stable, tailored and future-proof solutions to Businesses of all sizes, Electric Red sets its Clients apart and brings them a competitive advantage in running their Business.

OUR LEADERSHIP

Joe Diianni

Founding Partner

With over 25 years of Information Technology experience, Joe is Electric Red’s founder and senior partner. Joe manages technology projects, oversees company’s employees and growth.

Joe brings over 25 years of Technology expertise working with and leading corporate, education and nonprofit Organizations. Joe was Chief Marketing Officer / Chief Technology Officer at Emergys, a top SAP reseller in the US. Joe was with U.S. Green Building Council in Washington DC, as VP of Technology. Joe maintains extensive relationships and deep technical experience with SAP, Adobe, Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Cisco and Salesforce. He has architected solutions for Pepperdine University, USAID’s AED, and LeCom Engineering. Joe studied Technology, Politics and Marketing at Pepperdine University, receiving his degree in International Relations. Joe is a recipient of the Computer-World Honors Program.

Joe has held Board Positions for Carolina Voyager Charter School and Mobile-Flex Software.

Norm Delson

Founding Partner

With over 30 years of Information Technology experience, Norm manages technology projects, vendor relationships, and other company tasks.

Norm has over 30 years computer experience at Hewlett-Packard, Agilent Technologies, Total Oil, Dell, etc. Norm worked 16 years at HP in numerous computer roles including running a 6.5B/year global computer program in Europe. Norm has U.S. Secret government clearance, was a CIO, Helpdesk Manager, Networks Manager and ISS Government Security officer at a large defense manufacturer in Charleston.

Norm started Delson Computer which joined with Electric Red to increase break-fix and deep technical expertise.

Norm graduated with honors with a BS Degree in Info Systems at Drexel University, Philadelphia in 1990. Norm has several computer, network, database, operating system, security and project management certifications.
